Premium quality mushrooms. Have great taste and flavor when you re-hydrate for dish you making. You will really love this mushroom. Never think of poor quality with this mushroom. You can tell when you first open package, the smell if really great.
Not sure about many of mushrooms but the quality/grade of these show up great when using.
